Emma is an award-winning mediator, dual registered with the CMC for Civil/Commercial and Workplace mediation and awarded Fellowship in recognition of her 'extensive mediation experience.'
She has many years of experience in conducting civil and commercial mediations and acted as a lead/supervisory mediator for those seeking experience. Emma also has extensive practice in workplace disputes and is proficient in mediating team disputes from several participants to whole departments. She is particularly familiar at dealing with matters within a variety of Universities and Councils.
Emma has been asked to share her knowledge on BBC Radio and at numerous national and international conferences and was invited to Co-Chair the online international AMATI conference in 2020. She has authored several published articles.
In recognition of her expertise, Emma has been awarded Mediation Trainer of the Year and shortlisted as Workplace Mediator of the Year at the National Mediation Awards 2002/23, presented at the House of Commons.
