The EMS panel of workplace mediators consists of trained professionals who are skilled in conflict resolution and mediation techniques. Our mediators act as neutral third parties who assist in resolving disputes and conflicts that arise within the workplace. Here are some key characteristics and roles of our panel of workplace mediators:
1. Neutrality: EMS Mediators remain impartial and unbiased throughout the mediation process. They do not take sides or advocate for any party involved in the conflict.
2. Confidentiality: EMS Mediators ensure that all discussions and information shared during the mediation process remain confidential. This helps create a safe environment for open communication and resolution.
3. Communication Skills: All our Mediators possess excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to facilitate constructive dialogue between parties.
4. Conflict Resolution Techniques: They are trained in various conflict resolution techniques and strategies to help parties identify and address underlying issues effectively.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Our Mediators assist parties in generating and evaluating potential solutions to the conflict, fostering a collaborative problem-solving approach.
6. Understanding of Workplace Dynamics: They have an understanding of workplace dynamics, organizational culture, and relevant policies and procedures that may impact the resolution process.
7. Empowerment: EMS Mediators empower parties to take ownership of the resolution process and outcomes, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment to the agreed-upon solutions.
8. Facilitation of Agreement: The primary goal of our workplace mediators is to facilitate a mutually acceptable agreement between parties that addresses their interests and concerns.
9. Follow-Up: In some cases, our mediators may follow up with parties after the mediation session to ensure that the agreed-upon solutions are being implemented effectively and to address any remaining issues.
10. Professionalism: Our Mediators conduct themselves professionally and adhere to ethical standards and guidelines governing the mediation profession.
